Expression of Interest are invited for Short Term Consultant hiring for Salesforce Effectiveness Program Financial Institutions Group Advisory Services.

IFC is currently seeking a consultant to support the implementation of a Salesforce Effectiveness Program at one of IFCs client banks. The consultant will work directly with IFCs Resident Advisor and other subject matter specialists to support the implementation of the Salesforce Effectiveness Project at the Client Bank, including customer segmentation, product propositions and delivery, alignment of related processes, performance management, training and capacity building. The consultant will be required to work closely with branch level staff to ensure understanding of agreed recommendations and provide on-the-job training (including execution of deals with customers) to ensure implementation. The World Bank Group intends to finance the assignment / services described below under the following:

INDIVIDUAL / FIRM PROFILE
The consultant should be an individual.

SELECTION CRITERIA

Bachelors or equivalent degree in economics, finance, business or similar
At least three years work experience in banking, consulting, or another fast-paced, knowledge-based work environment
Experience in projects related to finance and services sectors is preferred
Experience in sales in the banking sector preferred (e.g. prospecting and pitching to clients, sales performance management)
Experience working with businesses in Myanmar
Strong analytical and problem solving skills and sound business judgment to identify issues and present creative and practical solutions
Facility to work successfully in multicultural teams and across boundaries
Ability to interface well with clients
Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills
Excellent writing and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail and quality
Native-level fluency in English; Myanmar preferred
