Project Description : Alberta Treasury Board and Finance (TBF) is responsible for the Province-s treasury operations which includes banking, financing, cash forecasting and cash management. The Treasury Risk Management (TRM) division is responsible for the Province-s capital markets operations.The Government of Alberta (GoA) has acquired the Accenture Enterprise Solution for Government (AESG) as its new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), which is referred to internally as 1GX, is a system-of-systems with SAP S4/HANA at its core, supported by various SAP modules (including Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur and Analytics Cloud), and supplemented by Kyriba-s global treasury management platform. As the complexity of treasury operations increases, so does the need for a dedicated DDMS that has the appropriate sophistication to manage these critical functions. Treasury Board and Finance desires to acquire and implement a DDMS for debt and derivative management and related cash management and forecasting, accounting support and automated internal reporting. A separate Negotiated Request for Proposal (“NRFP”) will be issued in 2023 for the actual DDMS by Service Alberta.
