The purpose of this consultancy is to carry out the survey and diagnosis of the current situation of the Judicial Processes of the Supreme Court of Justice (SCJ) and to propose alternatives in the redesign of the operative model of the same with the purpose of strengthening the capacity of the Judicial Power to provide a more efficient service to citizens.
