Africa Union has been undergoing significant reforms for at least 5 years. Some of the reforms have largely affected Systems, Structure, Staffing and many other areas. The Directorate of Finance among others has largely devoted its effort and energies in migrating from its legacy systems to SAP platforms. The African Union Commission has planned to migrate to SAP HANA. SAP HANA is an in-memory data platform that empower to accelerate business processes and improve IT environment. To execute a successful technical migration, there is a need for data cleansing, to reconcile payable records to reduce risks on migration. Data cleansing is one of the critical activities before migration to SAP HANA.
1. The Commission now invites eligible Individual Consultants from African Union Member States to submit proposals for the assignment as per attached Terms of Reference (TOR). The number of consultants required is three (3).
2. The Consultancy Service is expected to be carried out at the Headquarters of the African Union Commission Addis, Ababa, Ethiopia.
3. Expressions of Interest must be received at the address below on or before the 28th of August 2020 at 15:00hrs.
4. Offers shall be valid for a period of 90 days.
