GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE
1. Funding Details
The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.
Additional financing information:

The PC Motorways of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Ltd has submitted to the Bank their intention to use the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the “Bank”) in the amount of EUR 97, 2 million and a loan from the European Investment Bank (EIB) in the amount of EUR 97, 2 million to finance the construction of priority motorway sections along the international transport Corridor Vc. The remaining funds for the project, which has a total estimated cost of EUR 249, 6 million, shall be secured from the expected WBIF grant and Employer-s own funds. The total Estimated Project Value includes the estimated cost for implementation of the three envisaged motorway sections as presented below.

The proposed project will require the procurement of the following goods, works and services:
Consultancy services for the following activities:

• Supervision and technical assistance of the section Tunnel Prenj (length = 12, 4 km)

• Supervision of the section Ovčari - Prenj (to be defined)

• Supervision of the section Prenj - Mostar North (to be defined)

Information regarding the road-show event shall be changed to read as follows:

Interested Consultancy firms are invited to attend the three-day road-show event for Tunnel Prenj at PC Motorways of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Ltd Mostar, street Hamdije Kreševljakovića 19, 71 000 Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina in the period from 16th March to 18th March 2020. Tentative agenda for the road-show event is as follows:
1st day - 16th March 2020 at 11:00 hrs (local time)

o Client-s presentation of Tunnel Prenj project

o Consultant-s presentation of their company(ies) (approx. 15 min per presentation)

o Conclusions
2nd day - 17th March 2020 at 11:00 hrs (local time)

o Site visit
3rd day - 18th March 2020 at 11:00 hrs (local time)

o Discussion on project requirements (technical requirements, available information and its reliability, assumption on project/contract risks, project timing, budget etc.)
Attendance at the road-show event is envisaged for Consultants from the relevant filed and substantial experience in tunnel and underground consultancy projects (Design, supervision and project management). All interested Consultancy firms are required to register their attendees at the following contacts below:

For the purpose of registration, Consultants are required to fill the form available at the link https://www.dropbox.com/sh/qiimgtat11dzlvy/AAAiPKu_4LnVaDi6odsx9zTNa?dl=0 and are invited to provide their company profiles and brochures.

After registration, all Consultants will be provided with the detail agenda for the event and available project documentation.

Participation at the event is free of charge. Client will organize logistic and venue for the event, but the Consultants will cover transportation and accommodation costs.

It is envisaged that invitation to submit Expression of Interest will follow shortly this event; however, attendance to the road-show event is not mandatory for participation in subsequent Tendering processes.
All other information stipulated in the GPN shall remain unchanged.
