Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services of a Project Coordinator for the Belize Integral Security Program (BISP).
The objective of this Program derives from the Central American Security Strategy proposed by SICA of which Belize is an active member. The goal of this Program is to strengthen citizen security by providing support to those institutions directly linked to maintaining National Security and that provide key pieces of information that feed into the Judicial System, this through the investment in infrastructure and equipment that will enhance their capabilities and aid in the creation of environments that support the betterment of the quality of life for Belizeans and that support regional efforts for the prevention, reduction and combat of crime. 1. SOURCE OF RESOURCES

The Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI), as part of the services it provides to its beneficiary partner countries, is granting financing for this acquisition, within the framework of The objective of this Program derives from the Central American Security Strategy proposed by SICA of which Belize is an active member. 2. EXECUTING AND CONTRACTING ORGANIZATION OF THE PROCESS
2.1 The Executing Agency for this process is: Ministry of National Security.
2.2 The Executing Agency is responsible for the present procurement process for which it appoints the Executive Committee of the process and invites proposals for the required contracting.
2.3 The Contractor will be selected in accordance with the procedures of the Central American Bank for Economic Integration established in the Policy for the Obtaining of Goods, Works, Services and Consulting with BCIE Resources and its Rules for Application, which are under the following address in the website: https://www.bcie.org under the Acquisitions section.
