SCOPE OF THE WORK
Specific work
The consultant Is expected to undertake the following
tasks;
Literature review of the existing study reports and documents. The consultant Is expected to Identify and review all existing reports and documents relevant to the development of the e-certificate of origin and any earlier work undertaken In SADC and COMESA as an Input Into the development of the system Conduct an assessment of Malawi's readiness In Implementing e-certificate of origin where the consultant will be expected to assess the gaps in infrastructure, capacity and technical skills of the issuing authority.
