We kindly request you to submit your Proposal for provision of consultancy services to deliver energy efficiency audits in Papua New Guinea.Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 1, 2 and 3, in preparing your Proposal. Proposals may be submitted on or before 30th August 2019.
