The Child Protection and Family Services Agency (CPFSA), with support from UNICEF and other partners, is inviting qualified consultants or firms to submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs) to conduct a National Deinstitutionalization Survey in Residential Child Care Facilities across Jamaica. This survey is a critical activity under the Maintaining Children in Families Strategic Framework (2021-2026), which seeks to transition children from institutional care to safe, nurturing family-based care environments. The consultant will be expected to design and execute a comprehensive survey that captures the realities of children in residential care, evaluates facilities- capacity, and informs policy recommendations for deinstitutionalization.
