Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services on Condition Assessment and Residual Life Analysis for Ohl Assets in Eal
The Services shall conduct both on-site and off-site comprehensive life assessment for critical overhead catenary system equipment (i.e. wires, section insulators, isolators, cross spans, terminations & backstays and mid-point anchors) in EAL with representative samples to be taken from the existing 25kV AC system. The Consultant is required to conclude the asset condition with a proposed health index, residual life, deterioration mechanism and key issues affecting the asset life, all from the comprehensive life assessment to be following or making reference to all applicable international standards or the Consultant-s own study methodology.
To be considered for prequalification, interested parties having relevant resources, qualifications and experience are requested to express their interest on or before 2:00 p.m. on 12 November 2021 (Hong Kong Time) via the MTR Corporation Limited-s E-Tendering System. Late applications shall not be considered.
