Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services Competition for Detailed Design Works and Preparing the Invitation Documents for Construction, Completion & Maintenance of a Number of Public Buildings (Steriotyped Models)

1. Public Post Building
2. 3 models of telephone exchange building (main, branch, small)
3. Building for Environment Public Authority
4. Integration Operation Center (IOC) Building
5. Fire Center Building
6. Specialized Health Center Building
7. Show room
8. Health center building

The Consultant Firm shall Abide by the following:
1. The Copied Documents in a Cd shall be Given to the Desirous Offices against a
Refundable Fee of Kd 500/- to be Payable at Pahw - South Surra (Ministries Zone) -
2nd Floor - Office of the Planning Department Manager and the Closing Date for Offer
Submission shall be at 1.00 p.m. On Wednesday. 15.02.2023 and Any Late Offers will
Be Disregarded.
2. The Competitor shall Return These Documents after Duly Signing and Stamping the
Same in Such a Manner Which Indicates that He has Examined and Approved the
Contents Unconditionally and without Any Reservation, and Such Documents shall be
Inserted in a Red Wax Sealed Envelope.
3. In Case of Any Queries by the Participants, the Deadline for Queries shall be not Later
Than Sunday 22.01.2023 at Email: desiqn.department@pahw.aov.kw.
4. The Consultant Office shall Submit an Bid Bond of Kd 50.000/- in Favor of Pahw in a
Form of Certified Cheque or Unconditional Bank Guarantee Payable upon the Request
Issued in Arabic Language by an Accredited Bank in the State of Kuwait and Valid for
The Entire Offer Validity Period. Any Offer not Accompanied with the Bid Bond will be
