Description : 1) The Ministry Of Transportation and Communications, through the GAAB 2025
intends to apply the sum of Php 30, 000, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) to payments for the contracts, “Lot 1 - Consultancy Services for
Bangsamoro Telecommunications Masterplan with Feasibility Study -
Submarine Fiber Optic Backbone” amounting to Ten Million Pesos (Php
10, 000, 000.00); and Lot 2 - Consultancy Services for Bangsamoro
Telecommunications Masterplan with Feasibility Study - Wireless and
Terrestrial Networks” amounting to Twenty Million Pesos (Php 20, 000, 000.00).
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of
the financial proposals.
2) The Ministry of Transportation and Communications now calls for the submission
of Expression of Interest (EOI) and eligibility documents for the shortlisting of
prospective consultants to undertake the following, to wit:
