Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services for Conducting Client server LAN Computerized Customers Service, Bill Management and Meter Reading Management Systems Implementation Project (Dhagehbur, Godey, Kebri Dahar, Warder and Kebribeyah Water supply and sewerage Service Office located in Somali regional state)
The Objective of this consultancy is to establish primary level enterprise level integrated information management client server system or enhance and operationalize enterprise level integrated customer, meter reading and billing Management System that meets the requirements of All the above listed utilities town Water and Sewerage Service Office and improve operational efficiency ability to perform and manage the service delivery in an effective, transparent and accountable manner.
The scope of the work shall include
Gathering detailed system requirement specification and determine list of functionalities to be included in the system,
Application development to the need of All the above listed utilities Town Water Utilities,
Identify the system development environment- Hardware, software; prepare detailed specification and justification for the selection of recommended tools (hardware and software) and installation process.
Application Deployment : All the above listed utilities Town water utilities,
Conducting User Acceptance testing and Go-Live,
Conducting Application training and on-job training
