Tenders are invited for Post-Contract Supervision Consultancy Service for Upgrading of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System at Eleven (11) Health Centers.
Insurance: 100000.00/-.
Documents Value (QR): 1000/-.
Tender documents can be obtained from the primary center of the Primary Health Care Corporation, Tower No. 2, Al Mina Street (Second Ring Road), the Authority District, next to the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel during official working hours. Under a letter of authorization from the company.
Attached with the tender temporary insurance. In the name of the government body to the committee, by a check payable or by a bank guarantee letter issued by a local or accredited bank in the State of Qatar, and is valid for at least (120) days from the date specified for the bid submission.
The period of validity of bids shall be (90) days at least from the date of the end of the period set for submitting bids.
The value of the final insurance (10%) of the contract value. The deposit is made according to a bank guarantee letter accepted by a local or accredited bank.
The government agency is entitled, during the contract period and after the approval of the Tenders and Auctions Committee, to increase or decrease the amounts of items, works or services.
A receipt for the payment of documents must be presented in the bank account of the Primary Health Care Corporation at Qatar National Bank - QNB Bank account name / Primary Health Care Corporation PHCC Account number 0013/022954/001.
