We are a reputed financial company in Sri Lanka and are searching for a suitable consultancy service provider to work closely on our new head office premises relocation project (around 50, 000 sq ft floor area) in Colombo.
Expected areas of service are as follows;

• Total project management service from start to end.

• Tenant representation services.

• Workplace strategy consultation.

• Consultation on new technology (Green concepts / Sustainable strategies)

• Interior design / architect service with ultra-modern technology and concepts.

• Change management services on relocation.

• Alternative leasing model and flexible space options.

• Total project cost consultation service and advisory service on long term and short term cost saving

methods.

Special requirements.

If selected, you will be the single point of contact of our company on total project (design, procure, manage and build).

Multinational company / mass scale company project management experience is a must.
