Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Individual Consultancy for Review and Finalization of The National Resilience Strategy Implementation Plan.

Specifically, the work will involve the following but not limited to:

Review the current draft of the NRS-IP in line with the main NRS document to identify key strengths and gaps and make recommendations on how to improve and finalize it; Review the criteria and process used in the identification of the priority districts for the NRS for the first phase; Design and co-facilitate workshops and series of consultations with key stakeholders who will include, at a minimum, relevant government ministries, departments and agencies Development partners (including DFID, USAID, Irish Aid, China Aid, JICA, AfDB the World Bank GIZ, Norwegian Embassy) the United Nation (including UNDP, UNRCO/WFP FAO, UNFPA), civil Society organizations (NGOs FBOs, CBOs), district council and other stakeholders; Based on the workshop outcomes, collect inputs from the NRS Task force Members other working groups, and compile into a consolidated draft; Present the draft NRS-IP (with budgets) to the NRS Task Force for discussion and comments; Finalize the draft NRS-IP for submission to DoDMA and the Office of the Vice President.
