Tender Details

UNDP Costa Rica will hire an Advisor in Communication to ensure the proper implementation of the Project System of Administrative Records of Cultural Management. OBJECTIVE OF THE CONSULTANCY To provide specialized technical advice for the implementation of the communication strategy of the project System of Administrative Records of Culture and Youth (SIRACUJ), as well as promoting an integrated plan from the communication of the topics of interest of the MCJ and the UNDP for its positioning. The consultant will be hired by UNDP-Costa Rica and will work under the supervision of the designated person. For this purpose, the Planning Department of the MCJ and the UNDP Program Officer in charge of providing follow-upto the project.Requirements and qualifications • Undergraduate degree in communication: journalism, publicity or public relations • At least 5 years of experience in communication tasks similar to those required • At least 2 years of experience in cultural issues • At least 3 titles or certificates that prove the use of technologiesof information, Internet, graphic design programs, management of video production equipment, CMS platforms, preparation of audiovisual materials • At least 2 experiences in communication planning • Desirable experience in support functions in administrative procedures for hiring of services. • Desirable conocimiin different areas of communication: PR, Advertising, Journalism, Audiovisual Production • Desirable with experience in the communication of issues such as human rights, human development and sustainable development • Desirable with previous experience with the UN or international cooperation agencies. motivated able to work by objetivos, with a lot of initiativeExcellent written and interpersonal communication skills; excellent interpersonal relationships; bargaining power; excellent management and facilitation skills; skills for conducting team work and supervisory teams; Desirable knowledge in Human Rights, gender equali...
