Consultancy audit services The client needs flexible access to external expertise within audit-related examination services as support in its risk-based supervisory activities. The purpose of the procurement is to establish one framework agreement that provides client access to specialized expertise as needed, including in the field of control of the processing of client funds, compliance with the anti-money laundering regulations, mapping of ownership structures and background checks, as well as the use of technology and data analysis for streamlining supervision and reporting. The client wishes to purchase the services on an hourly or project basis. The deliveries must support the client's work with risk-based supervision in line with FATF's expectations and contribute to efficient, quality-assured and knowledge-based implementation of supervision. The supplier must deliver professionally independent, documentable and verifiable assessments that can be used directly in the client's supervisory work and decision-making processes. The services must be able to be delivered as: • professional analyses • practical assistance in supervision • method support and quality assurance • advice relating to the use of technology
