1. The subject of the order are construction works consisting in the renovation of the existing covering of 2 terraces (so-called low terraces) in the building of the National Museum in Krakow, by performing jointless waterproofing using a liquid membrane cold-applied polyurea onto the existing bitumen roofing.2. The subject of the order includes a comprehensive renovation of the covering of two terraces with a total area of approximately 660 m2. The scope of work includes in particular: a) assessment and preparation existing substrate, b) cleaning the terrace surface, c) making necessary local repairs of the existing roofing, d) replacing 8 roof drains with system ones, diameter 160 mm, along with connecting rainwater drainage systems to the risers, approx. 1 meter long for each drain, e) sealing all flashings, details, terrace inlets, installation transitions, expansion joints, etc. using liquid polyurethane mass with the addition of dispersed fiber and other elements present on the terrace, f) applying a priming layer compatible with the system waterproofing, g) making a membrane from a two-layer, seamless cold-applied polyurea waterproofing, together with a lining for walls and other elements...
