Interested contractors are invited to submit prequalification documents for the implementation of the above-mentioned project. The prequalification comprises the energy efficient reconstruction and modernization of Student Dormitories in 5 different cities in North Macedonia.The construction works cover building and plant installation in the areas of civil, structural and architectural engineering, heating and cooling systems, electrical services (low voltage and extra-low voltage), sanitary services (water supply and sewage) and fire protection services (including fire detection system). The construction contract will be based on the general conditions of FIDIC Red / Pink Book. Compliance with international standards for environment, social health and safety shall be observed.Note:Applicants are permitted to apply for prequalification for one, two or three Contracts. To be prequalified for more than one Contract, applicants are required to meet the cumulative prequalification criteria for Contracts for which it applies as detailed in Section III. Qualification and Evaluation.
