2. Interested and eligible bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding documents for only one lot against a non-refundable payment of ETB 200 (Two Hundred Birr) from the AISDA Head Office in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
3. All tenders must be submitted to AISDA Head Office along with a BID SECURITY (BID BOND) in acceptable forms (CPO ONLY) on separate envelopes as specified in the bidding data sheet and amounting to 2% of the bid offer.
