Subject of the current public procurement with the implementation of construction and assembly works for the construction of 2 /two/ tennis courts. According to the current PUP of the city of Kardzhali, the targeted territory is designated as a park and falls within the construction boundaries of the city of Kardzhali.
At the time of the opening of the procedure Assignthe owner has no secured funds. The financing of the order will be provided by the budget of the municipality of Kardzhali and/or other sources. In the event that the Contracting Authority does not provide financing for the implementation of this public order/specific position, each of the parties to the contract may request to terminateits net after the expiration of a three-month period from its conclusion, according to Art. 114 of the ZOP.
The term of execution of the order is at the proposal of the participant, and the same cannot be longer than 250 /two hundred and fifty/ calendar days.
