Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be five [05] years.2.Specific experience as a Prime Contractor, Subcontractor, or Management Contractor in construction works of a nature, complexity, and construction methodology/technology similar to the proposed Works [Jetty Construction Works / Spud Installation Works / Gangway Construction Works], successfully completed within the last five (05) years under the public sector, in at least one contract with a minimum value of Tk. 90 lakh.3.The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 120 lakh within the last five (05) financial years.4.The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 40 lakh.Note: The tenderer should not be allowed to submit tender security, line of credit & performance guarantee from the banks named ICB Islami Bank, National Bank, Padma Bank, Bangladesh Commerce Bank, Global Islami Bank, Union Bank, Islami Bank, First Security Islami bank, Social Islami Bank, Exim Bank as per direction of the Authority. In that case, the tenderer should not consider for Evaluation.5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 100 lakh.6....
