.The Lilongwe District Council has funds in its 2023/2024 budget under Governance to Enable Service Delivery project {GESD} and it is intended that part of the proceeds of these funds be applied to eligible payments under the works contracts for Construction of Health Facilities; Secondary School Facilities; Police units, Classroom Blocks; Vendor Market Sheds;30 Ton Concrete Deck Bridges;Box culverts and Solar powered water reticulated systems in various Traditional Authorities in Lilongwe District
