The site covers approximately 1 acre and is under a leasehold title owned by the Kisumu City County Government. The settlement currently comprises 20 blocks of semi-detached single-storey houses and 8 blocks of double-storey houses.The proposed works include the construction of:• 10 one-bedroom units• 5 two-bedroom units• 5 three-bedroom units Lot 2: Construction of Shauri Moyo ECDE School, KisumuShauri Moyo ECDE is located in Muhoroni, Kisumu County, near Osiepe Practical Action.
