Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 08 (Eight) years.; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of pre fabricated steel structure godown /building with civil works at least 01 (One) contract(s) completed successfully with a value of at least Tk. 01 (One) Crore 75 (Seventy Five) Lac within the last 08 (Eight) years; i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper at any Govt./ Semi Govt. / Autonomous Organization.3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 02 (Two) Crore over the last 03 (three) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 60 (Sixty) Lac.5. The minimum capacity shall be: Taka 01 (One) Crore 85 (Eighty Five) Lac.
