1) The Municipality of Valladolid through its 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (P1, 800, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction Of Perimeter Lightings at Central Tabao Fish Market at the Brgy. Central Tabao, Valladolid, Negros Occidental (Contract No. MOV-I-0006-2026). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
