Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Construction of Mwami/Mchinji One Stop Border Post: Works Package 1: Malawi OSBP Facilities

Document Collection Deposit Details: MK 50, 000.00 (Non-Refundable)

Closing Date: 24 July 2018 at 10:00 (Local Time)

Site Inspection: The Roads Authority shall conduct a site visit at the Mchinji Border Post on
Malawi side starting from 10:00 (Local Time) on Tuesday, 26 June 2018
and hold a pre-bid meeting at 11:00 (Local Time) on Tuesday, 26 June 2018.

Restriction: Bids shall remain valid for 120 days after the deadline for bid submission. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of
Contract are the provisions of the African Development Fund Standard Bidding
Document for the Procurement of Small Works. Late bids shall be rejected.

Delivery Point: Bids must be delivered to the Roads Authority Headquarters, Functional Building, Lilongwe in Room No. 21 and must be accompanied by a bid security of MK 200, 000, 000.00 or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency.
