The Barangay local Government Unit of Villa Kananga, Butuan City through the 20% Barangay Development Fund of Annual Budget CY-2026 intends to apply the sum of SIX HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED EIGHTYPESOS ONLY (Php 635, 680.00). being the ABC to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE COVERED COURT (PHASE I) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Villa Kananga, Butuan City now invites bids for the above mentioned Project.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion
