Quotation are invited for Construction of a Maternity Block and 3 VIP Toilets an Nakuwawa Health Centre in T/A Njewa
1) The Lilongwe District Council would like to procure works as specified above, and now invites sealed request for Quotations from eligible bidders. 2) Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Request for Quotations (RFQ) procedures contained in the Public Procurement Law and Regulations of the Government of Malawi and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries. A bidder shall be required to obtain a certificate of registration from the National Construction Industry Council in a relevant category specified in the document demonstrating registered Contractor status for the works, as a condition of contract award. 3) Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Lilongwe District Council, Procurement Unit, Cell: +265 999 205 273 and inspect the request for quotation documents at the address given below at (6a) from 7:30 to 12:00 and 13:30 to 16:30 hours local time (Monday to Friday, except on national public holidays) 4) A complete set of Request for quotation (RFQ) documents in English may be obtained by interested bidders for free at the address given below at (6b) 5) Request for quotation must be delivered to the address below at 6(c) no later than 22nd February, 2024 at 14:00hrs local time. Late bids shall be rejected. Lilongwe District Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any other bid and may reject any or all of the bids 6) a.
