Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Construction of Market Shed at Phwezi Market and Associated Works

Delivery Period: 60 days

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the
address shown in 7(a) below from 08:00 am to 12:00 am and 14:00 pm to 16:00 pm Monday to
Friday, except public holidays.

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English is available for purchase by interested bidders at
address below on 7 (a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MK20, 000.00 (Twenty
Thousand Kwacha) to the Cash Office at Rumphi Boma from 20
th September 2021. The method of
payment will be cash or bank certified cheque.
6. Bids clearly marked; "Tender for Construction of Various projects for Rumphi District Council must be
delivered to the address shown at 7 (b) below at or before 14.00 hours on Wednesday 20th October,
2021. All Bids must be accompanied by a Duly Signed Bid Securing Declaration Form. Late bids
shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose
to attend at the address shown at 7 (b) below on Wednesday 20th October, 2021 at 14:00 hours.
