1. The City Government of Panabo, through the SB # 1 - 2021 LFP Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-Eight Pesos and Seventy Seven Centavos (Php 3, 499, 938.77) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF MARITIME/COASTGUARD BUILDING, BRGY. SAN PEDRO, PANABO CITY with Project Identification No. 6Ed2022-052. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Panabo now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required in 90 calendar days.
