1. The subject of the contract is the execution of an investment task called Construction of a kindergarten in Stare Babice, including the construction of a two-story building without a basement with a total area of approximately 1, 792.24 m (building area of approximately 1, 062.23 m) along with land development, necessary technical infrastructure, including a retention reservoir for rainwater, on plots no. 1132, 625/1 and 625/3 within 0001 Stare Babice, no. 143207_2 Stare Babice.2. The building will be constructed using spatial technologies 3D modules with a steel structure, manufactured in the production plant as complete building modules with a high degree of prefabrication. Before being delivered to the construction site, the modules should be manufactured and equipped with at least all structural elements, partitions, joinery, installations inside the modules, insulation, cladding, finishing elements and elements of permanent equipment intended for factory assembly. 3.
