Tender classification: a normal, one-stage public tender, without an additional competitive procedure. The work includes: performing civil works for the construction of a waste storage facility, including: earthwork, concrete and various frame parts. The offers: 1.1 An offeror who is a resident of Israel (as defined in the Income Tax Ordinance (new version) is also required to meet the following conditions: 1.
