The subject of the order is the execution of an investment and construction project for the Ordering Party, consisting in cutting down trees, demolition of a multi-family residential building, removing any conflicts with underground networks and building five residential buildings with development of the area around - Bolko in Opole. 3. The subject of the investment is the felling of trees, the demolition of a multi-family residential building in accordance with Decision No. 61/24 of March 4, 2024, and the removal of network conflicts. electricity (in accordance with Agreement No. TD/OOP/OME/K/PR/392024 of April 4, 2024) and the construction of five multi-family residential buildings marked with numbers 1 to 5, three-story with a basement, equipped with: Internal installations: water supply, sanitary sewage, gas, electricity, telecommunications (RTV, telephone, Internet, intercom), photovoltaic; External installations: water supply, sanitary sewage, storm sewage, electrical, telecommunications, lighting; water connection, storm sewage connection, sanitary sewage connection, construction of sidewalks, walkways, access roads, parking spaces for passenger cars, two exits on plot no. 2782, playground in Opole on plots no. 2810/2, 2811/2, 2782, precinct: 0098 Nowa Wieś Królewska.
