Brief Description of Works : Construction of Community Based Small Piped Water Supply Scheme by Installing 100mm x 75mm dia (Depth: 130 m) Tube well with 1.5 HP Submersible Pump and Construction of RCC structure with Platform for Overhead Water Tank (Height 25 ft ) with FRP+ Pressure Vessel Type AIRP & FRP+ Pressure Vessel Type IRP at Kalukhali and Pangsha upazila of Rajbari district under Rural Water, Sanitation and Hygiene for Human Capital Development Project ( GoB-World Bank) of Department of Public Health Engineering. FY-2021-2022. 1. "Small Piped Water Supply Schemes will be implemented by the selection of DBO (Design-Build-Operate) Firm/ Contractor2. The contract awarded DBO Firm/Contractor will be fullyresponsible for ensuring sustainable Operation & Maintenance (O&M) for initial 05 (five)years after successful completion of the scheme. For this purpose, a tripartite contractagreement has to be furnished along with submission of a security bond amounting to 05"/o ofthe contract value of the scheme in the form of a Pay Order/ Bank Guarantee in favor of therelevant Executive Engineer before submission of the final bill which will be released aftersuccessful Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of the initial 05 (five) years3.
