Tenders are invited for Construction of an Aerial Corridor on Avenida do Nordeste

- 1st mandatory target: completion of the pile foundations of the first phase, with a maximum execution period of 240 (two hundred and forty) working days, counting from the date of consignment of the work;

- 2nd mandatory target: completion of the concrete and steel structures of the first phase, with a maximum execution period of 570 (five hundred and seventy) working days, counting from the date of assignment of the work.

- 3rd mandatory target: completion of all remaining work in the first phase (including architecture, remodeling and installation of electromechanical equipment) with opening and operating conditions, with a maximum execution period of 660 (six hundred and sixty) working days, counted from the date of consignment of the work;

- 4th mandatory target: completion of the pile foundations of the second phase, with a maximum execution period of 390 (three hundred and ninety) working days, counting from the date of consignment of the work;

- 5th mandatory target: completion of the concrete and steel structures of the second phase, with a maximum execution period of 630 (six hundred and thirty) days of work, counting from the date of assignment of the work.

16. Validity period of proposals: 90 (ninety) days, counting from the closing date of the public tender, extendable in accordance with article 93 of Decree-Law no. 74/99/M, of November 8th.

17. Provisional deposit: $5, 300, 000.00 (five million and three hundred thousand patacas), to be provided by means of a cash deposit, bank guarantee or security deposit approved in accordance with the law.

18. Definitive deposit: 5% of the total award price (from the amounts that the contractor has to receive, in each of the partial payments, 5% is deducted to guarantee the contract, in addition to the definitive deposit provided).
