THE NATIONAL OFFICE FOR ELECTRICITY AND DRINKING WATER (ONEE) has received a loan from the African Development Bank (ADB) to cover the cost of the Development Program for Electricity Transmission and Electrification Networks rural, and intends to allocate part of the proceeds of this loan to payments relating to the markets for the strengthening of the South network and the disposal of energy.

THE NATIONAL OFFICE OF ELECTRICITY AND DRINKING WATER - ELECTRICITY BRANCH (ONEE-BE), invites, by this Call for tenders, the tenderers admitted to

help to present their offers in a closed envelope, for the realization of the 400 dV double dull lines AGADIR II - TANTAN II and TAN TAN II - HAGOUNIA, divided into four independent lots defined as follows:

Lot n ° 3: GUELMIM –TANTAN II

Construction of a 400 kV line section in double tar and in double bundles, with a length of around 100 km;

The cost of the works is estimated at: Two Hundred and Thirty Million (230, 000, 000.00) Moroccan Dirhams excluding VAT.

The overall time for completion of lot N ° 3 is: twenty (20) months

Tenders must be submitted to the above address no later than Wednesday 08 April 2020 at 9:00 a.m. (Moroccan time), and be accompanied by a tender guarantee of an amount at least equal to:
