Tenders are invited for Construction of a 225 Kv “ Laawamar Oulad Haddou” Line in Double Ternes with a Length of around 32 Km from the Laawamer Substation”.
1. THE NATIONAL OFFICE FOR ELECTRICITY AND DRINKING WATER (ONEE ) received a loan from the African Development Bank (ADB) to cover the cost of the Development Program for Electricity and Transmission Networks electrification, and intends to allocate part of the proceeds of this loan to payments relating to markets for the strengthening of the Center network -
CASABLANCA.
3. THE NATIONAL OFFICE FOR ELECTRICITY AND DRINKING WATER - ELECTRICITY BRANCH (ONEE-BE), invites, by the present Call for tenders, the tenderers admitted to participate in presenting their offers under closed envelope, for the construction of 400 and 225 kV lines to reinforce the Center - CASABLANCA network, divided into four lots defined as follows:
This Invitation to Tender consists of four lots and will be the subject of four turnkey, separate and independent contracts as follows:
Lot n ° 1 : 225 kV line “ LAAWAMAR OULAD HADDOU”
• Construction of a 225 kV “ LAAWAMAR OULAD HADDOU” line in double ternes with a length of around 32 km from the Laawamer substation
• Removal and replacement of a 1.5 km section of the Ouled Haddou-Dar Bouazza single dull line with a section of 225 kV double dull line.
• Connection of each of the two terns of the new 225 kV line at the existing 225 kV corridor with the two existing 225 kV lines from the OULAD HADDOU substation: "Oulad Haddou- Mediouna" and "Oulad Haddou - Dar Bouazza"
• Connection of the 225 kV double-circuit line on the two existing 225 kV JORF I and MEDIOUNA spans at the LAAWAMER substation.
• Construction of a section of 225 kV simple dull line with a length of approximately 1km to shunt the “Mediouna Oulad Haddou” and “oulad Haddou - Dar Bouazza” lines to ensure the continuity of the 225kV MEDIOUNA-DAR line BOUAZZA.
The overall time for completion of lot N ° 1 is: twenty (20) months,
The estimate of the cost of the works (supplies and services) object of this lot n ° 1 amounts to Thirty-Nine (39) Million Moroccan Dirhams excluding VAT.
The International Tender will be conducted in accordance with the Bank`s Rules and Procedures for the procurement of goods and works .
