Description : The work consists of the construction of the "Paso a Desnivel at the Intersection of the Guadalupe Roundabout, National Route No. 39 in San Jos, Costa Rica", according to the detailed description that appears in section VI of this IAL and has as its purpose build an overpass to allow the course of the Circunvalacin Highway below the Guadalupe Intersection, including the construction of a culvert for the Torres River.
