TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1.Food must be served on time as scheduled, AM Snack 9:30AM, Lunch11-45AM, PM Snack45PM
1.The owner must be registered owner of the catering services, shall be deemed liable in accordance to existing laws in case of confirmed findings that the food served is the cause of any food borned related health problem of the participants
3. The winning bidder shall provide free coffee and drinking wate for the entire duration of the activity.
3.The winning bider shall submit a sapshot of LBP savings account to effect payment
4.Processing of payment shall be made after inspection by the DA authorized and upon completion of all documentary requirements .
5. The winning bidder must provide back drop of the venue
