SELECT THE COMPANY THAT HAS THE CAPACITY AND AVAILABILITY TO PERFORM THE CONSERVATION, MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND CLEANING SERVICE OF THE CASA DE LA MONEDA BIOLOGICAL REACTOR. THE BIOLOGICAL REACTOR PERFORMS A CONTINUOUS PROCESS OF CONSTANT AERATION, WITH HIGH EFFICIENCY THAT REQUIRES PAOPERATIONAL RAMETERS THAT ALLOW YOU TO EXECUTE WASTEWATER TREATMENT TO DEGRADE ORGANIC MATTER (POLLUTANTS). THIS PROCESS WILL BE GOVERNED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS ESTABLISHED IN THE DECREE WITH RANK, VALUE AND FORCE OF PUBLIC PROCUREMENT LAW (DLCP), ITS REGULATIONS, GENERAL CONDITIONSCONTRACTING REGULATIONS, BANKRUPTCY RULES AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS. THE METHOD THAT WILL BE USED FOR THE QUALIFICATION OF PARTICIPANTS IS DEFINED IN THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
