The JUTC now invites eligible national or international individuals or firms, to indicate their interest in providing the Company with the necessary service, to conduct the relevant market research and compute a comparative estimate. Interested parties are required to provide information demonstrating the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the service. The shortlisting criteria are:
Proof of extensive knowledge of public passenger electronic fare collection systems
Understanding of major financial systems and integration with third-party payment technology
• Strong information technology, analytical, and project management skills
Comprehensive experience in system analysis and design
Experience with implementing IT Enterprise Systems in large organizations.
