Conclusion of a Framework Agreement (S-P) for the Provision of Services Maritime Domestic Carrier of four (4) years duration with an economic operator, will be carried out in accordance with articles 40, 43, 44 and 46 (Negotiation with Publication of Tender Notice), of Law 3978/11 The contractual object is the charter of a ship maritime domestic transport, which will have all the necessary technical / construction elements to carry out the transport of all kinds of military and non-military equipment (including dangerous goods), spare parts, tools, vehicles, communications materials, all types and classes of material cargo, weapons systems, as well as the classified materials, used by the Hellenic Armed Forces (HEF), in any port of Greece, regardless of their quality condition and any characterization of them (as main or not, consumable, dangerous, perishable, attractive, etc.) or of their volume and weight as the case may be, as specifically specified in the relevant PED and CPV (par. 1.2.2 of here).The requirements of the SY are as par. 4.1.6, 6.2 and 8 of the PED, while the characteristics of the chartered ship are described in detail in par. 4.2 and 4.3 of the PED.
