CONCESSION OF RECEIVING AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES OF LIQUID WASTE AND CARGO REMAINS FROM SHIPS CALLING AT THE PORTS UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PORT FUND OF CHANIA COUNTY The scope of this Agreement includes: (a) The exclusivity provision by the Contractor of integrated services for the reception of liquid waste and cargo residues from ships, which sail in the ports and in the marine area of ​​responsibility of the LTNH, as it exists today and as it may be increased by possible mergers and/or mergers of other ports (Integrated Services). In particular, the Integrated Services concern exclusively the execution of the required reception, transport and disposal of all types of liquid waste that produced by the operation, according to ANNEX I, II, IV and VI of the MARPOL 73/78 Board, of the ships that will approach the area of ​​responsibility of the L.T.N.X., and then their transport and final disposal at the Concessionaire's care and expense, according with the international convention MARPOL 73/78, the national and EU legislation, as well as the approved Ship Waste Collection and Management Plan of the LTNH, as it wanted to be amended, re-evaluated and approved in the future.
