Part I - used computers Part II - portable computers The subject of the order is the supply of computers. 1. The delivered subject of the contract for Part I of the order will be: 1) complete, functional, ready for use, 2) free from any physical defects, legal and limiting its possibilities proper use, 3) admitted to trading in the territory of the Republic of Poland. 4) The Ordering Party allows the delivery of computers that are used or used equipment post-leasing, under the following conditions: - Computers must be technically fully functional, ready for use, without any the need for additional repairs, servicing or replacement of components. - Computers cannot have mechanical damage that would affect them functionality (e.g. cracks housings, damaged ports, inoperative fans). - Each computer must be cleaned, both externally and internally (also from data of previous users), and restored to settings factory or shipped with a clean, legal system operational (if any required). - The equipment must have the manufacturer's identification markings (model, number serial) and a document confirming its legal origin. - The period of use of the computer before delivery must not exceed 5 years - All computers must meet the minimum technical requirements specified in OPZ. 2.
