Dear Madam, Sir, The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) invites your company to submit an offer (Quotation) for the services/goods described in Annex I attached hereto. The following documents are hereto attached: Annex I - Terms of Reference Annex II - Price Form Annex III - ITU Supplier Registration Form, to be returned duly signedAnnex IV - ITU Bidder-s Eligibility and Integrity Declaration Form, to be returned duly signedAnnex V - ITU General Conditions of Contract Please note that the deadline for your Proposal to be received by the ITU is no later than Wednesday, 18 February 2026 at 17:00 (Geneva Time). Late Proposals shall be rejected. Instructions to Bidders:1. A prospective Bidder requiring any clarification on the RFQ documents may notify the ITU in writing only via the “Create New Correspondence” interface available in the left-hand menu of the e-tendering system (“In-tend”). 2. The ITU-s response will be provided in writing to any request for clarification received by the deadline.3. This Request for Quotation is issued by means of a secured web-based e-tendering tool (“In-tend”) which isinterfaced with the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM).
