Description of the subject of the order CPV: 72000000-5 (IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support) The subject of the order is a comprehensive service consisting in the transformation of source materials provided by the Ordering Party into 24 coherent educational packages, implementation of an online platform for making them available to teachers and the provision of hosting, maintenance and technical support services for the platform by December 31, 2028. The order does not assume the construction of an extensive enterprise-class IT system. The Ordering Party allows and prefers the use of a mature open source CMS system, ready-made and developed components and configurable authoring tools for creating interactive content. Dedicated elements should only be performed where the required functionality cannot be achieved by configuring a standard solution. All results related to one topic create one educational package.
