Description of the service: The service to be contracted is the provision of the integral operation services of the 6GStarLab satellite, owned by the Fundació Privada i2CAT, Internet i Innovación Digital a Catalunya (henceforth, Fundació i2CAT). The scope of this object specifically includes the following activities on the satellite platform: Operation, supervision, control and technical support tasks; the planning of contacts with the ground stations; sending and receiving remote commands and telemetry analysis; monitoring the health status of the satellite; the management of the pointing that is required for the operations of the payload; the detection and resolution of anomalies affecting the platform; secure transfer to i2CAT of the data generated by the satellite. The main purpose of this provision is to guarantee the safe, continuous and efficient operation of the satellite in orbit; as well as maximizing the useful life of the satellite and its payload. In this sense, it remains excluding from the object of the contract the functional operation of the satellite payload, since this task corresponds exclusively to i2CAT. The awarded company will only be responsible for supporting this operation of the payload by uploading them command sequences and files provided by i2CAT, managing their communications with the platform and downloading their data.
