The purpose of the contract is the provision of the Comprehensive Service Management and Project Management service of the Official Credit Institute (ICO), in order to ensure the correct implementation, coordination, monitoring and continuous improvement of the services. and projects related to Information Systems and Corporate Technologies. The Official Credit Institute (ICO), as a public business entity with the nature of a credit institution, faces continuous growth in the number of services technological, strategic projects and regulatory requirements that must be managed by the Information Systems Department. This evolution, together with the new challenges derived from its activity, makes it necessary to have a service specialized that guarantees the comprehensive management of ICT services and projects, ensuring their correct planning, coordination, monitoring and continuous improvement. The contract includes the provision of Comprehensive Service Management services and Project Management, including the management of services, projects, incidents, changes, quality, product and coordination of suppliers, supporting the ICO's extensive catalog of technological services, including digital banking, core banking, regulatory reporting, Business Intelligence and other corporate systems.
